Few people drink tea in the early morning from their bed (without brush the teeth, no it’s not me!!!). The native for tea plant (Camellia sinensis) is east and south Asia. Tea is using from the early thousands of year in china first for medical purpose and later people using for beverage purpose. In 17th century tea enter into Britain country and it famous more only in the 19th century due to high price. British government produces more tea in India and export to British, the result is tea price down in British. Now day’s tea spread over all the countries.

Types of Tea

There are different types of teas using in this world. In this article you see only four type’s teas like black tea, green tea, white tea and oolong tea. All types of teas are come from the same plant name is called as Camellia sinensis.

Normally leaf color is green when it picked from the plant and it put in sunlight. The leaves color change from green to red and finally it changed into black color.

The black tea has antioxidants power. It helps to reduce the bad cholesterol and avoid the effects of heart attacks and stroke diseases. It protects the lungs from smoking effects, increases the circulatory system and reduces the blood pressure.

Oolong Tea          Oolong-TeaOolong tea is process as like a black tea but it is very shorter process. The oolong tea color is also dark green or red to almost black.

Oolong tea has the antioxidants power. It gives amazing benefits to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. It also helps to reduce the body weight.

Green Teagreen tea.jpgGreen tea contains less caffeine compare to black tea. Green tea is does not process in fermentation compare to black and oolong tea.

Green tea helps to fight against cancer and preventing from heart attack, stroke disease. It also protects your arteries from blockage, reduce blood pressure and prevent from neurological disease.

White Tea

white teaWhite tea is not passing under in the fermentation process. Only new leaf and buds are picked from the plants and put in direct sunlight. The white tea is light yellow color and gives little sweet taste. In the white tea has very less amount of caffeine compare to black, oolong and green tea.

Health advantage

White tea has anticancer properties and it helps to reduce the cholesterol level and increase the immune system because it has antibacterial and anti-viral properties. It prevents your heart from heart attack and heart disease.

Precaution

Tea is good for your healthy life so drink 2 – 3 cups a day. Avoid drinking more cup of tea daily. If you are a diabetes patient you must avoid the adding sugar in Tea. Tea make your body cool in summer and warm in winter season. Always drink a cup of tea with relax heart and mind.

  2. I love Tea. In the part of Nigeria that I come from, we drink Tea a lot and it’s one of those things we do in he morning or at night sometimes both.
    Personally I love Tea without any additions of milk or sugar. Sometimes with Lemon and Honey. If I am feeling a little bold I add Cinmamon.
