Normally leaf color is green when it picked from the plant and it put in sunlight. The leaves color change from green to red and finally it changed into black color.
The black tea has antioxidants power. It helps to reduce the bad cholesterol and avoid the effects of heart attacks and stroke diseases. It protects the lungs from smoking effects, increases the circulatory system and reduces the blood pressure.
Oolong Tea Oolong tea is process as like a black tea but it is very shorter process. The oolong tea color is also dark green or red to almost black.
Oolong tea has the antioxidants power. It gives amazing benefits to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. It also helps to reduce the body weight.
Green TeaGreen tea contains less caffeine compare to black tea. Green tea is does not process in fermentation compare to black and oolong tea.
Green tea helps to fight against cancer and preventing from heart attack, stroke disease. It also protects your arteries from blockage, reduce blood pressure and prevent from neurological disease.
White tea is not passing under in the fermentation process. Only new leaf and buds are picked from the plants and put in direct sunlight. The white tea is light yellow color and gives little sweet taste. In the white tea has very less amount of caffeine compare to black, oolong and green tea.
White tea has anticancer properties and it helps to reduce the cholesterol level and increase the immune system because it has antibacterial and anti-viral properties. It prevents your heart from heart attack and heart disease.
Tea is good for your healthy life so drink 2 – 3 cups a day. Avoid drinking more cup of tea daily. If you are a diabetes patient you must avoid the adding sugar in Tea. Tea make your body cool in summer and warm in winter season. Always drink a cup of tea with relax heart and mind.
