  1. Some of these herbs are new to me. We use garlic in our food. Coconut trees are a part of our life in coastal South India. We use coconuts and coconut oil . Some time ago there had been a controversy about the use of coconut oil. But I have always used it as it a part of our life here. I think anything that is used with a limit is ok. Thanks 🙂
